Had booked a yeticoolers late deal with Hoseasons and had been mislead by them on the type of Lodge we would be staying in so when we saw the Lodge we had been allocated I could have cried - sounds dramatic but we had seen photos from Hoseasons of a completely different style of Lodge. The park manager came to welcome us and we explained the problem. His name was Mark and he was fantastic. He dealt with the problem and in no time Louise came to see us and allowed us to move to an amazing first class Lodge.

She spoke to Hoseasons on our behalf, which was so kind of her. They were both fantastic and we were treated so, so well. We cannot praise them enough. The site is nice and relaxing and well maintained with amazing friendly staff. We will be going back - but we wil yeti rambler l be booking direct with The Hollies and not Hoseasons. Big Thank You to Mark and Louise. We appreciate what you did for us both and we hope to see you all again very soon.
